This
year’s fall festival will be located in Chesterfield’s Olde Towne
Centre. The area will provide a relaxed atmosphere for both the
festivals goers and the exhibitors. There will be plenty of
entertainment as well as games, food, and crafts for all ages. We
welcome everyone to come and enjoy!
CRAFT
BOOTHS
Work entered,
displayed, or sold by an arts and crafts vendor should be personally
handmade or created by the applicant or his/her organization. The
Carolina Fest Committee reserves the right to remove from the show any
exhibitor or exhibit, which is unacceptable.
INFORMATION BOOTHS AND EXHIBITS
Booth space will
be provided for non-profit organizations for exhibits or displays or to
hand out information. These spaces will be assigned at no charge
provided they do not sell or solicit donations. An application must be
completed and returned.
FOOD
BOOTHS
Vendors selling
food will be assigned booth space in the area around the Chesterfield
County Courthouse. They will be assigned space according to the type of
food being sold and the availability of power. Food types will be
limited. Each vendor will be responsible for his own set up. This
includes tables, chairs, counters, etc. Booth space will be 12’ X 12’.
Space will not be larger than stated and is subject to change only if
the number of entries exceed the amount of available space. Set up time
is 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. The Festival begins at 9:00 a.m.
ONLY
PEPSI COLA DRINK PRODUCTS WILL BE SOLD DURING FESTIVAL
EVENTS.
BOOTH SPACE
Craft booths will
be located in Olde Towne Centre located in downtown Chesterfield between
the traffic lights. Booth space will be approximately 18’ X 22’. All
exhibitors must furnish their own display equipment (tables, chairs,
counters, etc.). Space with electricity will include one 110v outlet
with 2 plug-ins. Additional electricity can be provided in certain
spaces for an additional fee. This request must be made at the time
of application.
Set up time is
7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
COMMERICAL AREA
The Festival
offers an area for commercially manufactured resale items. This section
will be restricted.
THE SALE OR USE OF
SNAP-N-POPS OR SILLY STRING IS PROHIBITED.

Electrical outlets
will be centrally located for each section using electricity. This will
require all vendors using electricity to provide their own drop cords
with a proper ground plug. We suggest a minimum 100 ft. cord for each
outlet used.
