Baby– Birth–12 Months Young – 7-9 Years
Tiny– 13-24 Months Junior– 10-12 Years
Wee – 25-35 Months Teen – 13-15 Years
Mini – 3-4 Years Ideal – 16-18 Years
Little – 5-6 Years Miss/Mrs. – 19 and Up
Beauty - $45 Party dress or Sunday Dress, Formal wear for ages 10 – Up (Does not have to be a glitzy pageant dress)
Photogenic (Optional) $10 Photos may be color or black and white. Bring to
registration.Additional Photo $5
Sportswear (Optional) $15 Outfit of your choice
Portfolio (Optional) $10 At least 4 photos in album of your choice
Optional Prettiest Eyes, Hair, Smile, and Dress - $5 each or all 4 for $15
Family Discount - Second Child may enter beauty for $35, Optional events $5 off.
Early Bird - Any contestant who enters by September 17 will receive $15 off.
You must enter all categories to be eligible for early bird.
There will be one overall winner in the morning pageant and one overall winner in the afternoon pageant.
You must enter all competition categories to be eligible for overall. There will be no double crowning.
Overall Winners - Winner will receive a lovely crown, banner, and trophy.
Beauty - Winner will receive a lovely crown, banner, and trophy.
1st – 3rd alternates will receive a beautiful trophy.
Anyone not placing will receive a nice tiara.
Photogenic - Winners will receive a director’s gift.
Sportswear - Winners will receive a director’s gift
Portfolio - Winners will receive a director’s gift.
Signature - 50 Signatures - Nice tiara
100 Signatures - Nice tiara and trophy
150 Signatures - Large tiara and trophy
200 Signatures - Large tiara, scepter and trophy
300 Signatures - Round crown, scepter, and trophy – Carolinas Sweetheart Princess
Most Signatures Over 300 - Round crown, scepter, trophy, crown pin and banner - Ultimate Carolinas Sweetheart Princess
Signature deadline is September 17th. We must know how many signatures you have by this date in order to have all your awards in by pageant day.

Birth – 4 years old 9:00 am until 10:00 am
5 years old – Miss 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm
Rehearsal
September 27
Birth – 4 years old 10:00 am until 10:30 am
5 years old – Miss 2:30 pm until 3:00 pm
Competition
September 27
Birth – 4 years old 11:00 am
5 years old – Miss 3:00 pm
*All photos, portfolios and cassettes or CD’s must be in by 10:00 am for morning pageant and 2:30 pm for afternoon pageant.
*One chaperone will be admitted free with each contestant. *No men allowed in dressing rooms.
*Score Sheets will be given out immediately following the pageant at the Judges’ table.

Deadline for entry is September 25 – No entries will be taken after deadline.
Beauty will be judged on “Natural Beauty”. Dresses will be judged on fit, age appropriateness, and how it looks on the girl.
Sportswear can be glitzy or just for fun. Again it will be judged on fit, age appropriateness and how it looks on the girl.
**Absolutely no Unsportsmanlike Conduct will be tolerated. Any contestant or chaperone engaging in this kind of behavior will be disqualified with no refund of entry fees.
